But does it really live up to its promises? We tested the Bissel Proheat for you and here's what you need to know about its performance, benefits and limitations. Find out the results in ourfull test and review of the Bissel Spotclean Proheat.

Opening and design of the Bissel Proheat

As soon as you open the box, the Bissel Proheat shows quick and intuitive assembly. Each component is well packaged, allowing almost immediate commissioning. It's really ideal for those who want to take action quickly!

The design of the Bissel Proheat is both compact and modern, optimized for easy storage or transported from one room to another without constraint. The features are designed to simplify the experience: an easy-to-fill tank with clear graduations for dosing cleaning products, and a power cable long enough to provide good mobility.

From the first handling, the device appears to be robust and quality, suggesting that it offers not only effective cleaning but also hassle-free use. The rest of the test will reveal how it performs in action!

First uses and performance of the Bissel Proheat

For these first tests, we compare the Bissel Proheat to a sofa and a dirty carpet. There's a bit of everything, a mix of old stains and new dirt. To use Bissel Proheat, you must first fill the tank with hot water and add the cleaning product. The latter is quite expensive, so you can opt foranother shampoo product!

The cleaning process is quite simple. Abutton under thehandle sprays water and cleaner onto the sofa, while the integrated brush actively scrubs the fabrics. Then, the powerful suction of the Bissel Proheatallows moisture to be removed, leaving behind a cleaner surface.

Generally speaking , the result is really satisfactory. The device demonstrates a good capacity to treat the surface in a reasonable time, although we sometimes have to insist on particularly dirty areas. Here's a look at the Bissel Proheat in action:

Is the Bissel Proheat really a miracle device?

We encountered a few “problems” while using the Bissel Proheat , especially withold spots and halos. Although the device promises a deep clean, it struggled to completely remove some old dirt.

The marks, in particular, from previous cleaning attempts with other methods or products, were particularly stubborn. Despite the efforts of brushing and vacuuming the Bissel Proheat, these marks did not disappear entirely, leaving visible traces.

To eliminate completely stains, some users on the internet recommend usingthe product The Pink Stuff. We had already tested this pink paste but we didn't have any at the time of the test, maybe that would have changed things.

So, miracle device or not? The answer in our conclusion!

Our final opinion on the Bissel Proheat

After having tested the Bissel Proheat several times, here is our opinion on this shampoo! The Bissel Proheat has demonstratedundeniable strengths but also some limitationsthat it is important to consider before making a purchase.

On a On the other hand, its compact design andits attractive price make the Bissel Proheat very interestingfor households looking for a practical solution for the routine maintenance of their furniture and carpets. Its ease of assembly and use is also a big advantage, allowing even novices to quickly get started with cleaning without running into a steep learning curve.

We already hadtested the Bissel Spotclean Pro, a slightly larger and more expensive model (around 50 euros more). For us, the difference in power between the two models is not particularly marked, and given the additional cost, the Bissel Proheat could be considereda better alternative in terms of quality / price.

When it comes to stubborn and old stains, Bissel Proheat struggles to provide the expected results. Although the device is effective against recent dirt, it shows its limits when it comes to marks that are more difficult to remove, which may require several passes or the use of additional products.
