Hello, I have just purchased this 30l model and first test in a beer glass with dishwashing liquid and white vinegar. On silver jewelry 1st test of 20 minutes disappointing. On a slightly rusty metal belt buckle it's a bit better but I wonder if my device is not defective in fact no or very few bubbles visible during operation???? Is this normal or not in your opinion please? Cdlt.

It could be that the problem comes from the insufficient temperature, the choice of cleaning product, or the frequency setting of the device.
From your description, I think you should increase the frequency of the device. It is this setting that causes the bubbles to appear. You can feel the difference in power by putting your finger in it!
